A MOTHER. A MISSION. A MOMENT THAT CHANGED EVERYTHING.
It began with my daughter, Pystol Walker — autistic, deaf, with apraxia and an IQ below 30.
She was also a cannabis patient.
Traditional medicine numbed her. Cannabis set her free. Watching her find peace, I realized this plant could change not just her life, but the world. That’s why I immersed myself in cannabis — its science, its business, its value.
But destiny doesn’t wait for permission.
In March 2021, I was arrested in Dallas and booked into The Lew Lew —Lew Sterrett Justice Center Dallas County Jail, a machine that swallows about 7,000 souls a day.
Charge: Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
Penal Code: 22.01A2
Bail: $100,000.
Risk: Up to 20 years in prison.
A friend I had known less than two years put her house on the market to free me.
The man behind it — my child’s father — had changed the locks on my business Airbnb to have an affair, then used the system to try to destroy me.
I was terrified: raising a disabled child alone, branded a criminal, trapped in a state where cannabis medicine was nearly outlawed and THC capped at 1 percent.
But I was awake. I knew I had to leave Texas before it erased me.
Behind bars I met women forgotten by policy, not by God — and I knew I’d never be silent again. More women are going to jail for fighting back than ever before.

“I WASN’T RUNNING FROM FEAR — I WAS FLYING TO MY FUTURE.”
In 2022 I applied to speak at the Women in Cannabis Expo, determined to bring the conversation about Cannabis Real Estate to a national stage. Weeks later, Brooke Westlake, the founder, called to say I’d been accepted.
That moment changed everything.
It wasn’t about publicity — it was about connecting the dots: motherhood, medicine, and mission.
But I was still out on bond.
If I left Texas, I risked my freedom and my friend’s home that secured my bail.
I did it anyway. On the way to the airport in the Uber, I heard the song “I’ll Rise Up.”
I was one step away from an ankle monitor. I had to pay my defense lawyer $25,000 in cash, and I used Afterpay to buy my plane ticket.
I boarded an American Airlines flight, shades on, heartbeat in my throat.
I wasn’t flying from trouble — I was flying toward purpose.

CANNABIS REAL ESTATE: THE VALUE OF PRESSURE
When I reached Atlantic City, I didn’t just show up — I showed out.
On stage, I spoke the truth about Cannabis Real Estate — the topic most conferences avoid because it exposes who really holds power.
I told them cannabis is not just cultivation — it’s capitalization.
It’s not just plants — it’s property.
Every dispensary, every cultivation site, every microbusiness lives or dies by its location, its zoning, and its valuation.
In states like Oklahoma, cultivation property values jumped 400% between 2019 and 2022 — proof that cannabis real estate is the new gold rush.
Appraising cannabis properties isn’t about dirt and square footage — it’s about access and equity.
It’s about who gets to build wealth from this plant and who’s left waiting outside the green zone.
I sat at the after-party in a daze, still not believing I had just jumped bail and risked my freedom.
When the awards came, they called my name:
East Coast Woman on the Rise.
I was shocked.
For the first time in years, I didn’t feel accused — I felt affirmed.
PRESSURE CREATES LEGENDS
NAME
Fred Smith (FedEx)
RISK
Gambled the company’s last $5,000 in Las Vegas to buy jet fuel.
LEGACY
Built a global logistics empire.
Tina Turner
Walked away from money, fame, and abuse with nothing but her name.
Reclaimed her power and became an icon.
Henry Ford
Went bankrupt twice before the Model T.
Revolutionized industry through persistence.
Different decades. Same truth: Pressure doesn’t break legends — it defines them.

MY BLUEPRINT UNDER PRESSURE
Before cannabis, I built my name in commercial real estate — founding RSVP Realtors and Storybook Financial, two of Texas’s largest one-stop real-estate firms.
I brokered millions in deals and built communities.
That same blueprint now powers my work in cannabis.
Because cannabis, at its core, is real estate.
It’s zoning, valuation, ownership — and the fight for access.
⸻
THE BIRTH OF PRESSURE! NEWS MEDIA
This paper — PRESSURE! — is proof that I never stopped building.
It’s for the CEOs, cultivators, patients, and parents who live under the same weight and still rise.
It’s not gossip — it’s truth.
I didn’t start a publication.
I started a platform for the people who refuse to fold.
⸻
THE FINAL WORD
I didn’t jump bail for fame.
I jumped it for freedom.
For my daughter. For my legacy. For every person told to stay silent.
Because legends aren’t made in comfort — they’re made under PRESSURE.
So I’ll ask you again:
Would you jump bail to run… to fly… to your destiny?
I did.
And I never looked back.
